Dead Huawei Ascend Mate

I complained to Huawei device SA`s Facebook page about the fact that one of their devices, Huawei Ascend Mate, I bought from Altech Autopage Northgate died while under warranty. After handing the phone back to Altche Auotopage, it was repaired and returend in Dec 2014, only to work for a week, so I handed it in again in Jan 2015. They promised to investigate and get back to to me. I posted the complaint on the 18th Feb 2015.<br> They requested that I give them the IMEI number of the phone, and I did. 5 days later Huawei responded, confirming the Dec 2014 repair, but nothing on the 2015 one. on the 4th March, I asked for an update and they told me that technicians were working on my phone. I went to Altech Northgate, only to find my phone in the storeroom in the same state as it was in Jan. I informed Huawei that they misinformed me, and they told me they`ll follow immediately. That was on the 13th March, and I haven`t heard from them again. <br> <br> It seems like neither Altech Autopage nor Huawei want to take responsibility for replacing the non-functioning device they sold me. I`ve lost faith with both companies.
