Continually **** to and Changing the Goal Post

Worst customer service received. I sent in my phone for repairs and was promised to receive the phone within 2 - 7 working days. After they picked up my phone i was only then told that the 2 - 7 working days only starts when the phone is booked into the repair center. This took another 3 days. The phone has now been booked in to the repair center for 5 working days. Now i have been informed that the devise is will only be ready between 7 and 21 working days. The phone was sent over a short distance to Jhb from Pretoria, and only in for a screen repair. The phone has now been out of my hands for 9 days , with the prospect of only getting it back within a month later
