COMPLAINT!! I WANT MY PHONE BACK HUAWEI CANAL WALK

I sent my phone Mate 7 to Canal Walk Huawei to have it repaired for a damaged screen.

Its been a year I have not received my phone back! When I went there I was assisted by Aurin Davids who advised that he could not locate my phone anywhere and was going to speak to Taryn Burge the Manager about the whereabouts of my phone!

To date, I have only been receiving email after regular follow up to say that Hauwei Store is waiting for feedback from management regarding my phone! I haven't received anything and I still do not have my Huawei Mate 7.

Huawei can I please have my phone back! I need it!
