Complaint

"I bought a Huawei Pro, and the Huawei representative who assists customers asked me to send the receipt and barcode of the phone to obtain an earphone and a watch as part of a special promotion. However, after three months, I still haven’t received anything. When I asked him, he said his manager informed him that the stock was finished. I'm not sure if he might have received the items and kept them for himself.
