Complaint

I dropped my hauwei p40 lite athauwei canal walk stores for repairs what a bad experience. Firstly when my phone was ready for collection I was not told until I personally went to the store. On the day of collection (29th October 2021) I bought a pouch and requested a glass screen protector. I had to seat there for close to an hour while waiting for that to be done, it was messed up first time around and had to be re done. The second one was also not properly done as I noticed a crack in the middle on Sunday the 31st October 2021 and when I went to the store I was told it's my fault and the manager, whom I spoke with telephonic ally.,promised to do a follow up and will contact me today 02nd November 2021 and I have been waiting, no one bothered to contact me. Am soo disgusted with their service
