Complaining

What a bad experience I've ever received I took my device to Huawei store cornubia at the 1st of December for it to be assessed and they sent me quotation iPhone them back after receiving their quotation to tell them I can't fix the phone coz it became so expensive It was more than my budget .and I ask the lady I was talking to if I can fetch my phone she said yes I told her I'm going to fetch it on the 14th which is the day I was going to be available on..and she suggested that they can deliver it I gave them my work address she said the guy who does deliveries is going to come Monday to pick it up and deliver it to me she's gonna call me on my Monday I waited for her feedback up until I decided to call again on Tuesday they said the delivery guy didn't come to pick up the device can you imagine I'm waiting for my device than I suggested no they mustn't deliver it coz they're failing to do that I asked her if I can come to fetch my device she said yes it was 14:45 I asked to knock off early at work coz they closing at 6pm so that I can be on time...I had to take a taxify which costed me R126 to go there when I get they Said I can't get my device because they can't go to the room with devices coz someone who's working there tested positive corona ....I was so disappointed I asked the lady why they didn't tell me over the phone coz I made it clear that I'm coming to fetch my device she said it only happened around 2pm I told her but I called you guys at 2:45 you should've told me I can't get it today instead of me wasting my time and my money coming to you. ... I'm working with ppl too I know professionalism they're not professional at all by Monday I want my device or I'm going to sue them that all I can do I've been waiting for it for so long now
