Complain

Took my phone for repair they promised that I will get my phone between 1-72 hours, it took them 7 days to get my phone back however I still experience the same problem and even more the rare camera is damaged. When I take the phone back they tell me that it is not their fault I must pay for the damage I was never so disappointed with Huawei.
