Competition by Huawei

Huawei was running a competition on social media and lots of us entered. I was one of the lucky ones that received a notice that I have won a prize. Now is more than two months and I'm still waiting for my prize. I have made contact with them and send proof to them as they requested me to send proof of my notification, this proof was sent several times and up to now still waiting for a reply from them. Also on social media many people have commented that they also waiting for there prizes. The admin department is very bad and there is no communication from their side
