cellphone repairs

Good morning

In October my husband brought my black P30 lite for screen repair as we saw that you guys wers running a special on screen repairs that week i think, when he dropped it they said they are going to asses it and the lady will call him after 4hours to tell him how much is it gonna cost and if they should fix it or not and she never called that same day,

When she called the following day she told my husband that the phone is fixed and they fixed the back cover as well and it amounted to R1200 of which it was not the agreement that they fix the back cover the agreement was to asses the phone and call my husband before fixing it and letting him know how much is gonna cost before they fix it. Well fine we decided that we will just pay for it, then weeks later we get another call saying that we should come collect the phone and now it is R1500 then someone called again to say now the phone is R1900. Unfortunately we were out of town and we couldn't come to the store but i even called headoffice for assistance ever since they said they will escalate the matter and get back to me even today,i dont know how you do things but i dont understand why wasnt there an email or sms that was sent with the quotation of the repairs.
