Cell phone repair

To whom it may concern I took my P9 into Huawei store in Canal Walk in August. My phone was sent away to be repaired in JHB. I have called and gone to the Canal walk store to follow-up on the progress of my phone, I am told “They awaiting parts”(what part? Where is this part coming from? Nobody has any answers) I feel this is a generic answer. I am paying for a phone I do not have and with Huawei customer service being this pathetic, who knows when / if I will get my phone back.
