Cell phone refund, Huawei Liberty Mal PMB

If I could rate them zero I would. I bought a phone for them and 5days later returned it and asked for a refund because I had bought it for someone else and they no longer needed it. And neither did I. So I couldn't do anything with the phone. It was new. Never been used. Just opened. The manager refused and said they can't take it "because there's nothing wrong with the phone" . This is after they asked for a bank letter and and asked that I bring it back to the store for them to assess it and bring back my money. He didn't even look at it when I came to the store the next day for them to assess it, and quickly told me there will be no refund. The guy at the door even had the guts to tell me to sell the phone to someone else. Been using Huawei for a long as I can remember but I can no longer say the are the same Huawei anymore. This is Huawei Pietermaritsburg Liberty Mall. I am so dissapointed!
