Can't return watch

I bought a Huawei Fit SE smar****ch looking for a watch I can use to make and answer calls, unfortunately it doesn't come with that function I can only decline calls on it. I don't even have 24 hours since I have recieved the watch which their return policy states that you can bring back items before 14 days after purchase. The assistant without any valid reasons just called to let me know that I cannot return the watch and cancelled my return. Now what must I do with something that doesn't have the functions I need? Wasted my money for nothing!
