Cannot contact HUAWEI cell division

My P8 lite device was booked in at HUAWEI agent in gateway on the 10 dec. I was informed that the main board needs replacing on the same day and parts were ordered on the same day. To date i have nit received my phone. I tried calling the HUAWEI call center a few times with no success. Left voicemails, still waiting. Pathetic service
