canal walk store isnt a store that can help.....

all attempts to contact the canal walk store fails. The listed numbers are all out of order or unpaid and disconnected. The email is also a waste of time as nobody answers/replies. I gave in my phone over a month ago....all working days..... but haven't received any feedback. same story at the canal walk store. contact numbers and emails don't get answered or rep**** to. Phone breaks within the first year and the shop takes longer than 30 days to even call you back even after the 21day repair time. The store manager is a joke and the service is non existent. Hopefully they will return the phone so I can sell it and never support Huawei again. Emails to the global branches and customer service also give the same service........no solution and please contact the store in question.

Ive called customer service this morning and they said they would follow up and know about the canal walks store........if you know then fix it!!! or fire the staff that cant do their jobs.
