Beware, never ever buy Huawei
Standard components like chargers unavailable Very poor communication They insisted on payment up front to replace the charger, the. delivered the wrong charger and now I’m still waiting for the correct charger. 4.5 months with no end in sight. I have tried all the channels available to me including the below employees with no success. Huawei Cornubia *** *** ***

17 Mar 2021, 22:28Viren Kinlall from the Huawei service centre contacted me shortly after the above post on Hello Peter and again promised to sort my problem out. My problem being a lost charger and having paid upfront for a replacement charger 4 months ago that has yet to arrive. It has now been over two months since his last email. No feedback, no charger, but they insisted on payment upfront.
Never ever buy Huawei.
