BEST SERVICE EVER

I have been so frustrated with my cell phone since i upgraded from Iphone to Huawei. I keep getting annoying adverts that pop up on my home screen as well as my lock screen, Cell C my service provider was unable to assist. I then thought to contact Huawei directly. I got hold of Ntokozo Mthethwa, what a wonderful, helpful and patient person. I was sorted out and had my matter escalated within 10 minutes. Now I know why I swapped handsets. The service is impeccable and fast. I really do hope that Ntokozo gets the recognition she deserves from top management. I will NEVER leave Huawei now and will ensure all my friends upgrade to one. All because of her.
