Battery replacement ****

Huawei had a special during December and January to replace certain Huawei cellphones batteries for as little as R200.00 - I took the plunge and paid this amount and dropped my Huawei P8 lite 2017 at the Melrose walk in center. I got the phone back a few days later. Since I got it back I am still sitting with the same rotten problem of the phone not getting me through the day on a full charge. I doubt if the battery was replaced. I will never buy Huawei again. My iphones battery get replaced the same day at a istore and then IOS will show that my battery life will go back to 100% but with Huawei one must just hope and pray you are not ****med.

My P8 lite used to last easily more than a day. Now I must put it on energy saving mode and uninstall a lot of apps and guess what the piece of junk still doesnt make it through a day.

Considering the time I spent standing in the cue at your store, the time I had to spend driving to your Huawei store twice I don't rate this R200 special as a bargain and with the added disappointment that the phone is still not showing any difference in stamina I am greeting Huawei goodbye. My next upgrade will be a iPhone.
