Bad worst service ever from Huawei South Africa

My brand new P20 pro was booked in to reload software and I was told i will receive an sms next day cause there was no technician available on Sunday so i booked my phone in . till now I have never received any call or sms from anyone and it was only booked in for the software to be reloaded. I called and was told there was no technicians available to work on the phone as yet and it will take 2 to 14 working days , when the person in-store told me it will be sorted the very next day. I moved over from apple and I have regretted it so people dont buy huawei products in South Africa their after sales service is the worst in South Africa. I spoke to Kweku who told me their supervisor Kamelo or Bongani will call me back yesterday to update me on the status of my handset and i am still waiting for their call.
