BAD technical support

I reached out to Hauwei on their website to get a simple technical question answered using their chat platform. How to enable remote access on my router. Agent: Mohammed_Soleman

This person refused to help me and kept pointing me back to my ISP who has absolutely no connection with my question. I am still stuck with no online support. Other brands are most helpful and easy to find these technical settings. Not Hauwei. I will certainly reconsider my options when selecting a brand in future.
