Bad Sevice from Hauwei

I received the worst service ever from HAUWEI as I logged onto the hicare app and logged a repaired, the phone was never collected for the repaires and the 1 year free screen repair voided. I came in contact with them and over the phone they stated they'll assist when it went in for repairs they sent me a quotation for me to pay. This I felt was highly unacceptable and *****ing from them
