Bad Service from Huawei customer care.

Not Thelma from Huawei telling me that I will receive an ordered gift within 21 working days, I started wondering if the watch and airpods are still to be manufactured. If SHEIN from China can deliver in 5 days and Takealot in a day, whuly can't Huawei say 7 days at least. This people once they make a sale they forget about you. In the meantime I have been using Huawei from p10 lite to Pura 70 that has given me frustration and confusion.
