Bad service from Huawei

I booked my device (P30 pro) on the 14 of September for screen damage as I was told it has a VIP Protection for the screen now I sent a quote for a back cover whereas the device was damaged on the screen.. I have not been contacted since they took my device to SSS repairs... I the customer I have contacting the repairs center my calls are not answered... This brand it's useless... I hope customers should stop buying this brand as it can't take care for the consumer
