Bad service

I took my P10 lite phone to huawei Menlyn on the 24th of April 2021 for a screen repairs . When the phone came back it was fixed however I noticed that the glass screen protector that they said it was for free was not included. I therefore phoned Huawei on the 6th of May and was advised to take the phone back for a free glass screen protector. I don’t even stay in Pretoria and had to take the phone to be told that Menlyn doesn’t have the glass screen protector since 2021 it was not delivered. I’m so disappointed,that I have to use money to go up and down and still nothing .
