Bad service at Huawei Canal Walk

I have a problem where I booked my Out-Of-Warranty Huawei P8 Lite cellphone in for a new battery at Huawei Service Center Canal Walk on Saturday the 28th of August 2021. I paid the lady named Alice the amount of R199 for the replacement battery installed. On Sunday the 29th of August 2021 I got an email from Jacky with a quotation attached for R1375.40 for a new front cover + LCD & TP + Receiver + Light sensor FPC + Battery + Motor for R309.00 and Mainboard (Service backup board) for R637.00 . Was there this morning the 30th of August to go and find out why all these parts that worked needed to be replaced. Was told by Jacky that Huawei don't work like the Pakistani's and Huawei have to ensure that the phone goes out in a working condition. Jacky told me that for the phone to work which was working before, I needed to have the parts installed. How does the battery get the screen to not work when it was working two days before and how did all the other parts die due to the battery not working. The new battery costs R199 with labour as advertised on Huawei South Africa website which I paid on Saturday the 28th of August and the promotion ends on Sunday the 5th of September 2021.

According to Jacky my phone's data was apparently wiped from my phone's mainboard which included all my contact numbers and whatsapp info. Jacky also said that nothing could be done about my data that was wiped as my phone is now dead. I've lost more than when I got to the store as my phone is not working and all my clients contact details and my work data is on my phone. I've got no info of what I need to do pertaining to my clients and I have no incoming phone calls due to my phone's battery not being replaced. What must I do now as this is not right, I've been a Huawei client for 4 years now and have been to the specified store before and had good service. The biggest insult is that I was told in no uncertain terms that Huawei don't work like the Pakistani's, yet I brought my phone to my manufacturer expecting to get proper service, but was told if I don't want to pay the amount in the quotation I must rather take my phone and get a refund which was a further slap in my face. What makes it worse is that Jacky thinks I've sent my phone to Pakistan' repair places yet I've had no issue with my phone since I had the mainboard replaced nearly 4 years ago. Now I have a phone that doesn't work and I'm losing money as my clients can't contact me. Since I saw I wasn't going to get anywhere with Jacky I filled out the form for the refund and left. I've contacted Huawei South Africa on their website via e-mail and have up too now not received a confirmation that my e-mail has been received nor a phone call to state that my email has been sent to them. My phone had previously been able to show a slow red flicker light when I put the charger in now it does nothing at all.

Very disappointed with the service and I won't be buying anything from Huawei again if this is the type of service I get.
