Bad service at canal walk store

Sent my phone for repairs on the 22 of April. I was told it wolluld be done after 4 to 5 days. I didn't get no communication, I had to call again to find out about the phone I was then told they don't have parts for the phone they still need to order them 1st. Your store at cape town century City is bad with communication with the clients and it is not the 1st time I'm experiencing bad service with your repair centre.
