Bad service and they now cant locate my phone

I booked my phone (Huawei P9) using VIP services and it was collected by TNT couriers to Melrose arch with a Cracked screen fault on the 28th of August 2017. Its more than a month since they took my phone and now I am getting stories that the is a different phone which has the same IMEI number as mine and has a Signal problem.
