BAD SERVICE AND ILL TREATMENT

Huawei have this thing called Huawei care which is underwritten by Guardrisk insurance and administered by Viva Cover.

I claimed in June with Huawei care and i was informed that they have backlog how ever weeks went by and months went by with no assistance what's so ever. I then decided to call and i was constantly on hold for over 40 min . I emailed and no assistance. i went to Huawei Woodmead , Melrose and eventually i went to Sandton and only on the 20th August 2021 i got assist . Today they approved my claim and they still expect me to pay the R2530 for Excess after all stress they cost me. Huawei care is worse.
