Bad service and false promises

I took my phone to Huawei Melrose Arch for repairs. And I have been waiting for feedback from them but it seems no one cares about my matter. Every time I go to the store they tell me that they will call me, the manager even gave me Huawei call center numbers. Even when I call them they promise to look into the matter but no one is telling me were is my device its been 2 and a half months without my device now,I've spent more than R500.00 on airtime trying to find out on how far the matter is and all the time they tell me they going to find out from the manager they put me on hold when they come back they promise to give me feed back but they never do am paying a contract of a phone m not even using.
