BAD SERVICE

I upgraded to a Huawei Pura 70 on the 15th July 2024 at Southgate Mall. I was told this device comes with a free gift of a tablet. (which was a bargain deal for my son). So i went with the deal, days later Huawei has not communicated anything regarding the gift nor has it sent any communication that my gift is successfully claimed and will be delivered.

Every time i call their contact center I'm told the very same thing.

BAD SERVICE!!
