Bad service

I toke a nova 8 via telkom within 6 months phone just went all blank n was not even charging i roke it to telkom was told tp talr it to huiwei as its stil under warranty wen i take it to Huawei they told me abt main board and that they phone fell in the water which is not true after they said i opened the phone n used a different glue what do i know abt phones n mind u am stil payin fr the phone am not using am very dissapointed and will never ever take huawei phone ever the service is bad i wouldnt advise any1 to take it mind u i cant stop payin as it wil affect my profile am tired with thr up n downs as no1 is willin to asssist. People dont take any Huawei phone u will be sorry
