Bad Service

Last year I decided to go out on the limb and upgrade with Huawei instead of my usual Samsung and I regret it now. I have never had a phone screen break and I dropped my phone yesterday and the screen smashed. I went through to the Huawei store only to find out that you do not replace the screen of my Mate 7 under your warranty. I think that this is sly and I will never purchase any Huawei product again. I will only purchase with Samsung because they give their customers free screen repairs and they are trustworthy and care about their customers. I am very angry about this, my phone is only 1 year old today.
