bad service

Gave a device to canal walk with a 21 day repair time and no loan or replacement to cover me from the 5 sep 2017.

Today 8 Oct 2017 I found out that it took 14days to get to JHB for repair and is still waiting a technician to assess. So 21 days is going to become two months.

Last week I was told its on it's way back to cape town.

I hope someone responds with some truth about whats going on.

Never buy this brand. Chinese quality and **** service shines through the plastic finish.
