Bad service

I changed from Samsung to Huawei because of the better service, I recently went to a Huawei repair centre in Germiston, it took an half an hour to fix the screen, Now I Must go to Melrose arch who hasn't been answering their calls, and apparently it will take 14 to 21 working days to fix the phone??
