Bad Service

<p>I took my phone in phone for repairs on the 9th og July 2017 and i was told it would take 2 to 7 days for the screen to be replaced. I was not given a courtesy phone because they said they are all out and i must call in the week to check if they have any available. When i call the number it rings with no answer, until i discovered the repairs call center number which i received appualing service from consultants Phumudzo,Lindi and their Team Leader Phindile Ndlovu who promised to follow up on my request and till this day i have not received any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i call them they tell me the service center is off line and they dont know when i will receive my phone.Today i called requested to speak to the manager and a consultant by the of Nonkululeko advised the manager is on a call, after holding the line( 15 mins) for the manager Phindile comes to the line and advised that she still has no feedback and refused to give me her managers number nor the managers email adddress for me to share my frustration with him/her.</p> <p> </p> <p>After several times of calling in this is the last resort and i hope the matter will be treated with agency!</p>
