Bad quality device gives no joy

The cellphone service provider convinced me to take a Huawei instead of a Samsung and didn't have stock of iPhones. 6 months later my camera stopped focusing. I contacted Huawei customer service and the repair takes long and they can't supply me with a spare device. I depend on my phone for business not only for calling but the camera too. I have been waiting for 2 months now for them to contact me.

I should have never trusted this brand. I much rather have a Samsung or an iPhone.
