Bad Promo service

I have taken a business contract with MTN in May with the Promo of receiving Bluetooth earphones and a wireless charger.... I have gone several times to the MTN store in the mutual building in pinelands and always getting a response that they are waiting on Huawei for a response. It's been months and we are a few that waiting on our promo products. If this was the case I would of taken a Samsung instead. I am paying for my product so how come I don't receive my promo gift. I am taking this to social media because it will be August soon. This is Bad from such a huge company. I will make other clients take Samsung instead because of your service.
