Bad product hauwei band 6 useless

I bought a band 6 23/10/2021, I had to take it in 30/1/2022 the side button was giving problems and screen would go on and off. February 2022 incredible connection gave me a new one as replacement. Yesterday 14/8/2022 it started doing exactly the same just this time round the screen is green too. I belive this is a product issue and not the store incredible connections as I now again have to take it in and spend 2 weeks without one until your company decides on a way forward. This is ridiculous sort the issue!!!!
