Bad phones

Took a contract with Mtn on the p50 pocket and 2 months the screen showed like the screen protector is getting loose where the phone flip: 4 months after (last week) decided to remove the screen protector and guess what is the glass/screen that has cracked on the flip part. Now Huawei is saying their machine detected that is my fault and can’t claim under warranty. Just pay R15k to get the screen. I fail to understand this how does a machine detect that a glass fault is personal damage? And they also had the same phone return for repairs by other users and they agreed to pay. This is not fair at all.
