Bad Experience

<p>Hi, my husband and I bought a huawei P8 phone in February from telkom. The phone was good till last month when it just shut down completely, just after 5 months ive used it. took it back to telkom where I was told that it was damaged by liquid and my phone has never been in contact with liquid, to an extent that it will cause it to shut down unexpectedly. This can only mean that Huawei is an unreliable phone. </p> <p>Telkom has bad customer service and this experience has taught me to stick with reliable phones and never do business with telkom in any way.</p>
