Bad customer service by Huawei Technologies

On the 8th January 2022 I went to Huawei repair center in Cornubia, Durban to fix my Y9 phone with the switch on button not working & it's still under contract. I was shocked when I was told they can't help me because their suppliers in China decided to stop supplying them the parts of that particular phone. Then I proceeded to Vodacom repair shop in Gateway since my contract is with them & they were ready to help me by fixing it at R1800 charge fixing the screen included. From there I decided I will never buy Huawei products again, now I'm due for upgrade I'm still looking for a best alternative. I will never forget that horrible experience from Huawei their pathetic service doesn't deserve any rating
