BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a phone from Huawei online and it has been giving me same problem ever since and I returned it more than twice and instead of giving me a new phone or my refund they don't want and I specifically told the Melrose Arch manager Samantha that they should come up with a valuable solution that will also make me happy as a customer as I even provided evidence of what I have been experiencing with that phone but it seems like it's falling on deaf ears.

The phone started giving me problems in August, now its December still I have no phone, they still want me to go fetch the same phone which I have returned more than twice, Fazel who is Samantha's boss also is doing nothing to help with the situation with their head office, since it's that hard for them to give me a new phone, can they refund my money since they only want what benefits them, I bought that phone with my hard earned money I don't understand why aren't they replacing that phone, as I am the one struggling by returning but they don't seem to see that. I am tired of this back and forth.
