Bad Company and Product

I am waiting for a response from you when will the Head Set be replaced!!!! Vodacom Vincent Park East London South Africa said I must bring it to them to fix,it's been 5 day's and they also battling, your device is faulty and as a company you are refusing to replace it!!! For a Multi Billion Dollar Company you leave me speechless really,I will never ever purchase a Huawei Mobile Device or any other Huwaei Device in my life because this is how a person gets treated!!! I am probably not important to your company but note this I hope your market shares and stock take a huge knock in the future and less people purchase your products!!!
