Bad Companies Huawei & Vodacom
After lodging my dispute with Huawei Technologies and following all their instructions i am being persuaded by them to send the phone to them in Johannesburg. I took out a contract with Vodacom East London Branch in Vincent Park, i feel it's the branch responsibility to liase with Huawei Technologies and resolve the matter iro the faulty device. I personally received phone calls from Huawei International & Huawei Africa with written instructions from them what to do to have the phone re-booted etc nothing worked. Now how will Huawei South Africa be able to fix the device if the various Vodacom Technicians in various Outlets in East London & Huawei Technician's could no fix it with the instructions from Huawei International. I received various different reports and i only proposed the following to Huawei & Vodacom South Africa, replace the device with a device of my choice to the same value, cancell my contract give me all my money back for the last 25 years being a Vodacom Contract Subscriber. Both of these companies still want to fix a device which cannot be fixed!!! This is how Multi Billion Dollar Companies treat ordinary people but can sponsor billions for sporting events and professional sports people and clubs !!! My phone is probably worth or was worth R10 000.00 !!!!
