Bad bad service

My policy number is VLM-***1-1 . I have been taken from pillar to post as I don't know which information to submit as whatever I was asked to submit I did. Bekezela Ncube is trying to find a reason to decline my claim. This is poor service which I don't deserve. Not even advice from him as what to do as Vodacom is printing the document and he says they are wrong.
