Bad Bad Service

So my mobile device was couried of by Huwaei's Company of Preference Ram Couriers, last week Friday.Today I get a quote for a replacement of the screen, and a quote for the software to be upgraded.Now I sent the phone of in perfect condition now they expect me as Huwaei to pay R2000 for a broken screen and to update the software on the device.The device malfunctioned in November 2023 and neither of these two companies wanted to fix it,I called Vodacom again they advised me that I must send the phone back to them to the correct department,the Franchise Store never offered me this opportunity from the beginning of my complaint, they were not interested and didn't bother answering my emails either.Now the device must go back to Vodacom who is now disputing the warranty of the device,a device I took out on contract over a two years' and gave me problems in November 2023.I have not used the device since and was sent from post to Pillar by both these companies.The device is faulty as it just stopped working.Now I must pay to have the screen fixed and for software to be updated on a device which Vodacom sold me on contract.So where does it leave me as a consumer!!! I will rather cancel all my business with Vodacom and won't purchase any Huwaei devices in the future.As for Vodacom being a customer of over 25 years I will end my business with you and move to your rivals MTN maybe they will appreciate me better than you as I was only an account number who paid his subscription fees on time for the last 25; years and got a kick up his backside for being Loyal to a brand who cannot see a logic in a complaint of substance!!!!
