Bad bad bad service ever

Worse service ever, I took my phone for repairs on the 20th of March 2019 and the lady that I found at Melrose arch she told me that it gonna take two to seven working days and my device had a free screen warranty. After seven I called them and I was told that they haven't started with my phone, because they didn't receive any payment, I asked them what payment because I have a warrant and I was told it was going to be free, they told me that now they fix every thing not only the screen, so they sent me a quote while I was holding of R1180, I was ****ed off that they didn't say anything to me until I call them,i immediately make the payment and sent a proof of payment, I called them on the 1st to find out how far where they and I was told that they haven't started with my phone, and that the payment hasn't updated on their said I had to call them everyday and email the proof of payment. To cut the long story short, I started communicating with someone that side via Emails on Monday the 8th he told me that my phone was ready and they thought I was gonna come and collect it, I told them that I will ask my husband because he was that nearby in Sandton, so he got there around 14h50 and he said me that they said he must wait for 10minute because they haven't started with my device, I was surprised because they sent an email stating that my phone is ready, so what is worse my husband was supposed to be in the meeting at 15h30, while he was told go give the 10minutes everytime he goes to ask how far, and he only received my phone at 17h15,
