Bad after sales service /Ssscellular & Huawei Technologies

Good day

I'm writing this complain about the service I've received from ssscelluar and huawei technologies in getting my device repaired. They have abandoned the repair of my device as they do not do partial repairs. Basically if I do not pay the full amount my device will not be repaired. Classic *********. No one can give me a solution to my problem or assistance.

Where do I have my device repaired if they will not work on it?
