Bad aervice

The worst service from Huawei. I have made 3 calls within 5 days and my issues are not resolved. Huawei p40 pro is useless without google play services. Chromecast doesn't work. Microsoft teams doesn't work. I app**** for my free ipods. The application wa done by a hauwei sales person at canal walk. Now Huawei can't find my application. The promotion is finished so what do I do. I spoke to prudence and Heinriata who never got back to me. My phone is on contract through MTN but I'm not happy with this. I would also rather downgrade and request Huawei to attend to this as I need the Google play services on my phone.
