Pathetic service! Upon visiting Huawei in Canal Walk on Saturday morning to enquire about booking in my phone for repairs the staff member named Missy was extremely lazy and unhelpful. For a person who uses their brand and expects decent service, unfortunately that wasn't the case. I'm so disgusted actually. I ended up just leaving because their wasn't a Manager on site to help out with his/her pathetic staff
