Awful service at Huawei Mall of Africa

<p>Went to the Huawei shop at Mall of Africa. Wanted to know more about a perticular phone. First sign of bad service was that the staff just sat and chatted to eachother when I enterd the store and had to go to them to get help. Then I asked them about the price of the phone and why it is that I can get the phone for a full R1000 cheaper on Takealot (Telkom was also R500 cheaper). They both proceded to laugh at me as they told me about "the high import prices" I would pay and started to tell me that I'm "stupid for wanting to do that" and that they have "the best price". After that I had to explain to them what Takealot is (a company that has very good service and prices by the way ) and that it is a local company and therefore I would not have to pay import prices. After their horrible blunder( they clearly weren't listening properly and ranted on about Amazon and I must make sure the phone is not blocked). They did not even attempt to offer me a better price and told me I'm better off buying online. I wish I could give 0 stars because that is exactly what the store deserves. Useless staff with no knowledge what so ever. It is a shame as I really like the Huawei products...</p>
